We advised Groba as to how to implement AI for object detection. Cutting the plastic of cheese is a very delicate process and needs to be perfectly clean without residue. An AI system supports in detecting small fragments of plastic. By working together with their software team, we were able to explain the implications of the AI system, how to implement it in the current architecture and towards adoption of this new way of working.
